Why?

• You may have the most brilliant idea in the world, but your users may only give you a few minutes to decide if they need it.   If your users don't 'get it', don't like it, or miss the benefits of your product, you've likely lost them forever.  
• Design brings visualization to the spoken or written idea.   Human nature is to interpret what we hear or read and contextualize it through a prism of our own experience.   A designer can take an idea and quickly create a graphical representation of it, and further create an interactive prototype to ensure that all parties are seeing it the same. 
• Design is much cheaper than Development.    Having a designer on your team will shorten development cycles and prevent costly rework by making sure the goals of your product are understood by the development team and offers real value to your users. 
• A designer can help improve your existing product or service by identifying potential flaws and hurdles that are causing users to fail a task, or stop using your product, or worse, telling others how much they disliked it.
